LOREMThese Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kora — a service operated by Mokka Studios. By creating an account, publishing an activity, booking a venue, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms in their current form. The authoritative copy lives at this URL.

LOREMKora is a two-sided product: the user-facing dating + activity-booking app, and the merchant-facing web portal. Different sections of these Terms apply to different audiences, marked accordingly.

LOREMUser accounts are personal and may only be created by individuals aged 18 or over. Account deletion is permanent and follows the path documented in the user app Settings. Suspended accounts cannot be reinstated.

LOREMAuthentication may use email, Google, or Apple sign-in. Multi-account creation, identity fraud, or evasion of suspensions terminates access without refund.

LOREMMerchants must onboard via the Kora merchant portal and complete Stripe Connect verification before activities become visible in the user catalog. Activities must reflect real availability, price, and venue conditions.

LOREMMerchants are responsible for delivering the booked experience and for compliance with local food-safety, alcohol, hospitality, and tax regulations. Kora is the booking platform; the merchant is the supplier.

LOREMBookings are confirmed when both users (in split-payment mode) or the proposing user (in host-pays-all mode) have paid the activity deposit via Stripe. Kora retains a 10% platform fee on the gross deposit.

LOREMStripe processing fees are deducted before payout. Final settlement to the merchant occurs on Stripe's standard payout schedule.

LOREMUser-initiated cancellation more than 24 hours before the booked slot triggers a full refund via Stripe. User-initiated cancellation within 24 hours of the slot is not refundable.

LOREMMerchant-initiated cancellation is not subject to the 24-hour window and triggers a full refund to all paying users regardless of timing.

LOREMHarassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, fraud, identity impersonation, and use of the service for illegal activities terminate access immediately.

LOREMUsers may unmatch and block other users at any time. Reports submitted through the contact form are reviewed within two business days.

LOREMKora is provided “as is” and Mokka Studios disclaims all warranties not expressly granted by applicable law. Mokka Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

LOREMThese limitations do not exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable Italian or Romanian law.

LOREMThese Terms are governed by Italian law (Mokka Studios' country of incorporation). Disputes are submitted to the competent court of Bucharest where the service is operated.
